Description

If the planning game goes very smoothly with no arguments, conflicts or negotiation, it is likely that not much planning is occurring. Good planning sessions tend to be intense and draining, for people are thinking and communicating more than they normally do, trying to get the bigger picture and come to a shared understanding.
